FIFA’s player-package odds are now public (less than 1% chance)

After courts in different countries threatened to sue EA, the comapny will now state which odds players have to get the best players.

The fuss is about the game mode Ultimate Team, which some claim is gambling. EA has defied a lawsuit from Belgian gouvernamt in this matter. But EA now will start to show the odds of packing good players when gamers buy a players pack in FIFA 19.

Now the numbers have been revealed. It’s less than 1% chance of getting the best players in a “Premium Electrum Pack” for example. Less than 1% chance means it may be 0.1% percent chance, but EA has chosen not to specify more than it’s less than 1% chance.

EA also has “Game and offer disclaimers” on their site.

Is this a good step in the right direction you think?
